+ Is Shorebreak Licenced, Bonded and Insured?

Shorebreak carries an active Roofing Contracting License (#CCC1331275), and Insurance + Worker's Compensation through Federated Mutual. Each new customer will receive a Welcome Booklet which holds a copy of our License Certificate, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Workman's Compensation, and much more.

+ Do you require a down payment?

Yes, we require a 50% Down Payment which is due one week prior to the start of your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

+ Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we assist homeowners with insurance claims.

+ How long will it take to complete my roof?

An average sized home will take approximately two days to complete. However, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances can add additional time to your roofing project.

+ Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, the supplier offers a material warranty, and we offer a five year workmanship warranty.

+ DO you provide a Wind Mitigation form?

Yes, Jacob with Jadeck Home Inspections provides all of our customers with a Wind Mitigation form at no additional cost to you.
