Great experience!! Wonderful personnel. We had a terracotta/tile roof with  several spots needing to be repaired. The estimate for the repairs along was within a few thousand dollars of ShoreBreak removing and disposing of  all the tile, making repairs to decking and installing a New shingle roof. Shorebreak put a new roof on and painted house exterior and did great. What made it smooth was I could deal with one person, the project manager.  He answeres all of my questions, had great communication and follow up and ensured any issues were acted on quickly.  I am happy with all they did and the people they have working. Charlie and his team did a great job on our re-roof. He was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner so we could get our homeowners insurance adjusted before it renewed. I cannot say enough great things about this company. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant.
